Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Standard delivery within the UK takes 3–7 business days. International delivery may take 7–21 business daysdepending on location and courier.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  • You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched (where available).
  • We are not responsible for courier delays, customs hold-ups, or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you need to return an item, please contact us first so we can provide the correct return address and authorisation details.
As many of our products are dispatched directly from our fulfilment partners, returns are not sent back to our business address. Instead, we’ll supply you with the appropriate return instructions once we’ve confirmed the request with the supplier.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

If your item is faulty or damaged, please include clear photos when you contact us — we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
Buyers are responsible for return postage unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Non-returnable items: personalised, hygiene-related, or clearance products (unless faulty).
  • Customers cover return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the return is received.
  • Exchanges are not offered directly. Please return the item and place a new order.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours if not yet shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. You may still request a return once delivered.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos.
  • A replacement or full refund (including shipping) will be issued.

Payment Policy

  • We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods displayed at checkout.
  • Payments are handled through trusted gateways. We never store card details.

Privacy Policy

  • We collect only the information needed to process orders: name, email, shipping address, and payment details.
  • Your data will never be sold and is only shared with partners essential to completing your order (e.g., shipping providers).
  • You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time.
