Our aim is to provide a reliable, fully tracked delivery service — while being transparent about our processing and shipping times.
📦 Where We Ship
We currently ship orders within mainland UK, including the Isle of Wight.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, or international destinations at this time.
We hope to expand our delivery areas in the future as our store grows.
⏳ Processing Times
As many of our products are shipped directly from our fulfilment partners, please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before dispatch.
This allows our suppliers to confirm stock, prepare your order, and book your shipment with the appropriate courier.
You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation and tracking details by email as soon as your order has been sent.
🚚 Delivery Times
Most orders arrive within 2–4 business days after dispatch, depending on the product and your location.
Deliveries are made using trusted, fully tracked couriers such as Royal Mail Tracked 48, Evri, or DPD.
Some larger or specialist items may take up to 5 business days, particularly for more remote delivery areas.
🔍 Tracking Your Order
All orders are sent on a tracked service.
Your tracking link will be emailed to you once your parcel leaves the supplier’s warehouse.
If you haven’t received tracking information within five business days, please check your spam folder or contact us so we can help.
🚫 Delivery Delays
Occasional courier delays or stock checks can add a short delay to delivery times.
If this happens, we’ll always keep you informed and work with our supplier to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.
